Mental Health Support Foundation is a Registered Charitable Trust and has received Chapter 12A and 80G exemptions from the Income Tax department. Donations to MHSF are eligible for Income Tax deduction U/Sec 80G of the Income Tax Act.

Donations and other amounts collected are used for the following purposes:
1) To help fulfil Objects of the Foundation as set out in its Trust Deed
2) Registration Fees for Conferences and Workshops on mental health awareness, education and other focus areas of the Foundation
3) For providing affordable mental health care services subsidised by the Foundation.
4) Engagements or activities that are aligned with Objects of the Foundation

Cancellation & Refund Policies
1) Donations received by the Foundation are non-refundable
2) Any monies collected for specific Events or product/s are generally non-refundable but refunds would be initiated based on merits of case.
